Every May, large crowds of people gather at the Auckland Show Grounds in Epsom all with a common interest – everything marine. Yes, it’s that time of the year again – the 2026 Hutchwilco Boatshow runs from 14 to 17 May.
Fisheries New Zealand has attended the show for many years now and we’ll be there again this year. So, if you’re in Auckland or heading there to go to the Boatshow look for us at stand number 540.
Have a chat with our local Fishery Officers and Fisheries New Zealand staff about fishing rules for your area, current fisheries consultations, and much more.
If you can’t make it to the show, follow us on social media. We have regional Facebook pages where you can find out what’s happening in your local fisheries.
If social media isn’t your thing, sign up to our mailing list for recreational fishing updates and news.
